Job Role: HR Assistant & AdministratorThis role provides hands-on experience in recruitment consulting and human resources operations, with a focus on administrative support. The successful candidate will assist in all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and selecting candidates.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Manage email correspondence and prepare reports as needed.
  • Update and maintain social media presence to enhance company visibility.
  • Perform general office tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Female graduates or recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is mandatory, while familiarity with job portals is an added advantage.
  • Interest in digital content and social media marketing is desirable.
  • The candidate should be based in or near Faridabad.
