HR Operations Specialist

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational efficiency of the HR department. This encompasses ensuring seamless execution of HR policies and programs, providing recruitment support, facilitating onboarding of new employees, managing employee records, maintaining compliance, and organizing engagement activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Handle pre-joining documentation and background verification.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll preparation with accurate leave and attendance data.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies.
- Organize engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support in maintaining a positive and professional work culture.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Support employee development initiatives.
- Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit, etc.).
- Coordinate exit formalities including clearance and FNF.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
