Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources and Office Administration professional to lead our human resources and office operations.

This role ensures smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, training, and engagement while also overseeing day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources:
  1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and onboarding procedures.
  2. Oversee attendance, payroll, and leave management ensuring accurate data for payroll processing.
  3. Maintain employee records, including ID proofs, joining documents, experience letters, and performance evaluations.
  4. Develop and implement performance management strategies, define key performance indicators, and support appraisal cycles.
  5. Identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and support employee skill enhancement.
  6. Organize employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ISO/IRIS standards by maintaining accurate records.
Administration:
  1. Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supply chain management, and IT systems.
  2. Coordinate staff transportation, travel arrangements, and hotel bookings for employees and guests.
  3. Ensure the office is safe, secure, and fully operational.
  4. Manage petty cash transactions, admin budgeting, and insurance renewals for company assets.
  5. Organize training sessions, staff meetings, and company events.
  6. Facilitate smooth communication between HR, Admin, and other departments; communicate company policies clearly to employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations, compliance, and office administration.
