A Manager HR Ops role is a key leadership position that oversees critical HR initiatives and ensures an exceptional employee experience.
The responsibilities include leading ownership and execution of core HR operational activities, such as payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements.
Additionally, you will ensure smooth HR service delivery, consistent employee experience, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Effective management of HR dashboards, generating insights, and preparing regular reports for leadership are also crucial.
Maintaining integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection and security standards is essential.
A strong HR Operations team leader will mentor and guide the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR operations with at least 2 years in a management role is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment are essential.
- Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills are expected.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
