HR Leadership Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven HR leader to oversee our day-to-day HR operations. The role involves leading strategic recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full cycle of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Drive talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance.
- Support organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR technology platforms is a plus.
