Job Description:

As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes overseeing procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets, as well as liaising with external vendors and service providers.

  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth functioning
  • Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintain a clean and professional office environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in office administration or operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Additional qualifications include strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask.
