Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality business, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service quality.

  • Supervise departments: Front office, housekeeping, human resources, food and beverage, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Optimize operations: With a bird's eye view, understand nuances of managing a hotel under a brand network.
  • Manage various functions: Handle front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering responsibilities, including pre-launch phase and day-to-day operations.
  • Escalations and grievances: Handle staff escalations, motivate staff, and mentor them for optimal performance.
  • Liaise with authorities: Develop a cordial relationship with local authorities, vendors, and other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality Graduate: A degree in hospitality or a related field is required.
  • Minimum Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel, hostel, or guest house management is required.
  • Operational Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of hotel operations is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills are necessary.
