Job Title: Hospital Project Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced project lead to manage the delivery of a high-performance healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in hospital construction, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and integration of medical-grade infrastructure, including MEP systems. They will provide technical direction to contractors and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance systems to meet the high standards required for hospital facilities.
  • Lead final commissioning, ensuring all systems are fully operational before handover.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in hospital construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems and Indian construction regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
