Job Title: Interior Designer

Our organization seeks an accomplished interior designer to lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial and hospitality interior design, with a proven track record of leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors.
  • Collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.
  • Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
  • Supervise and mentor design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on design, cost, and execution.
  • Provide leadership in resource allocation, scheduling, and P&L understanding.
  • Take ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation.
  • Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
