Architectural Design Professional:

At the core of this role is the creation of architectural design concepts from inception to documentation. This involves producing functional and code-compliant solutions that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive architectural designs, from initial sketches to detailed construction documents.
  • Ensure project planning, coordination, and execution are seamless, guaranteeing functionality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to translate client requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce engaging presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
  • Maintain quality control, accuracy, and timely delivery of design documentation, ensuring it meets high standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers, facilitating project team coordination and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detailed knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and design standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred: Experience managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless execution.
