- Hotel Operations Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, and security & safety.">
- Leadership Skills: Supervise various functions and human resources (blue/white collar) with a focus on operational quality and high service standards.">
- Problem-Solving: Handle and resolve escalations and grievances in a professional and timely manner.">
- Financial Management: Manage P&L and cost-effectiveness while ensuring high service quality.">
- Staff Development: Motivate, mentor, and align staffs to achieve business objectives.">
Qualifications:

- Hospitality Graduate or Diploma: Possess a hospitality graduate/post-graduate or diploma in hospitality.">
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, guest house, etc.">
- Operational Knowledge: Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations.">
- Skill Set: Outstanding communication, interpersonal & time-management skills.">
- Flexibility: Flexible to relocate anywhere in northern India.">
