Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Specialist to manage supply and operations in the city, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct data analysis, focusing on Recon & Recovery data using advanced Excel skills.
  • Provide oversight of day-to-day operations, particularly addressing Discharge and Admission escalations.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and establish strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of a hospital network.
