Project Manager Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams for Skid and Module projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Their key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the project team
  • Deep understanding of fabrication practices and components
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques and scheduling processes
  • Ability to lead and organize entire Skid projects across multiple sites
  • Ensuring a minimum 90% customer satisfaction rate
  • Establishing objectives, standards, and production schedules with cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery
  • Organizing resources for Projects, Production, Planning, and Maintenance activities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ASME standards, IBR codes, EN codes, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Preparing Contractual Obligations Reports (COR) and negotiating Change Orders with customers
  • Ensuring milestone payments and on-time delivery to avoid Late Delivery (LD)
  • Managing projects from start to finish in real-time
  • Commercial aspects and contract conditions management
  • Material requirements planning (MRP) and material risk mitigation strategies
  • Capacity Planning and implementing best inventory practices
  • Collaboration with design, projects, purchase, vendors, or suppliers teams
  • Driving continuous improvement in vendor development and selection
  • Participating in root cause analysis and collaborating on corrective strategies with Operations and Procurement teams
