Lead Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our critical client projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and be able to drive conversations with clients, prioritize tasks for teams, identify improvement areas, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive project discovery, scoping, and execution for complex projects.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans for technical teams.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountability.
  • Review solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practices.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in tech consulting or product teams.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, AI/ML, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), and product management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussions.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
