Job Description:

  • Project Execution and Management Specialist: Responsible for project management, scheduling, planning, erection, and commissioning of projects within stipulated timelines.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team for design and project execution related tasks, ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines issued by Electricity Boards, MNRE, IEC, IEEE, BIS etc.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monthly reporting to senior management about engineering, design and project execution, including progress updates and performance metrics.
  • Process Improvement and Team Development: Develop and implement process improvements, SOPs/Checklists, policies, and resource optimization initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Develop project scope, Gantt chart, budget, safety plan, and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, for distributed project delivery.
  • Health and Safety Protocols: Ensure detailed attention to health and safety protocols adherence, including incident/accident free project execution through vendor safety training.
  • Resource Allocation and Optimization: Regular tracking of major costs to optimize delivered project cost, prioritize projects, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP, adhering to standards and guidelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation, design software implementation, and add value in Engineering design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management, with skills in scheduling, planning, and execution.
  • Engineering Design: Strong understanding of engineering design principles, with experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
