Project Director Role Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the full project lifecycle for high-priority and strategically important projects. You will provide leadership, drive delivery, and ensure project success by managing teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables by enforcing rigorous quality standards and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or other project management certifications.
