Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate to join our New Initiatives team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling strategic projects that unlock new growth or operational efficiency.

This hands-on role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong execution skills, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project execution, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, measurement, and handoff.
  • Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform initiative decisions.
  • Develop internal documentation and frameworks to capture learnings and share them across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market or internal needs.
  • Provide structured problem-solving and strategic input to leadership as a thought partner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; Excel and SQL proficiency are beneficial.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and work in unstructured environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving open-ended problems.
  • Previous experience in high-growth environments or startups is advantageous.
