As a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will lead and manage end-to-end implementation/updating/modification processes for Oracle HCM modules. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder management, system configuration & customization, training, testing & quality assurance of HR tech products, change management and digital adoption will drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementations, from planning to delivery, ensuring seamless integration across multiple modules.">
  3. Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to guarantee successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.">
  4. Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules, adhering to best practices and business needs.">
  5. Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and user guides, plan pilots, conduct thorough testing, and provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of HR technology.">
  6. Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions.">
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR tech products post-implementation, identifying opportunities for process improvements and working with stakeholders to implement enhancements.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are highly desirable.">
  • At least 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems/Solutions, preferably with Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.">
  • A proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, across multiple modules.">
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services functions.">
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights functions.">

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM implementation and project management.">
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools).">
  • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and other report automation tools.">
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle.">
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.">
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.">
