Job Title: HR Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation, updating and modification of HR systems globally.
  • Drive digital adoption across the organization by managing a team of consultants and collaborating with business stakeholders, technology support teams and implementation partners.
  • Configure, customize, test and deploy HR systems to meet business needs and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to ensure smooth adoption of HR systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Information Technology. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR systems, preferably Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services functions.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights functions.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with HR system implementations and project management.
  • Knowledge of HR system integration with other enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in excel, macro and report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration, testing and validation within HR systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a customer-centric approach to their work.
