We are a leading B2B SaaS platform helping restaurants in digital transformation.

We offer a range of solutions that enable restaurants to manage and automate their online presence across multiple platforms, including food delivery apps and their own websites/apps.

Our platform is designed to be scalable, reliable, and agile, making it easy for restaurants to reach a wider audience and increase sales.

Your Role as a Digital Transformation Specialist

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our suite of products to assist customers in maximizing their digital experience.
  • Providing end-to-end support to customers during the onboarding process and post-go-live.
  • Collaborating with the integration team and Technical Account Manager to understand customer requirements and deliver viable solutions or alternatives.
  • Working closely with the Customer Service and Product & Engineering (P&E) teams to facilitate quick and effective issue resolution.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with customers by actively engaging with them and striving to exceed expectations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, ideally within the SaaS space.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work during non-standard hours, including night shifts.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related platforms.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a role that involved digital transformation or technology implementation, would be advantageous but not mandatory.
