Senior Manager Job Description

This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving digital transformation across Global Business Services. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and automation tools. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with agile methodologies and change management practices.

The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional teams during complex projects, fostering collaboration between IT, business units, and external partners to create integrated digital solutions that meet the diverse needs of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digitalization strategy for GBS
  • Leading projects that leverage emerging technology to streamline processes, improve data analytics, and drive automation initiatives
  • Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee the deployment of these technologies
  • Analyzing business operations, identifying pain points and inefficiencies, and proposing innovative digital solutions to enhance performance and service delivery
  • Monitoring industry trends in digital transformation and assessing their potential impact on GBS operations
  • Defining KPIs and success metrics for digital programs and ensuring continuous improvement and measurable ROI
  • Driving change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes among employees

The Senior Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members around digital skills and capabilities.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a GBS environment
