Job Title: Transformation Finance Leader

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned transformation finance leader to drive process improvement initiatives across the financial and accounting (F&A) domain.

About the Role:

The selected candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation and process improvement, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

They will be able to lead cross-functional teams, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end transformation projects across the F&A domain, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  2. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and develop strategies for optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  3. Partner with business leads and IT stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, and simplification of F&A processes.
  4. Conduct detailed process mapping, gap analysis, root cause identification, and define future-state processes.
  5. Mentor junior team members and act as a subject matter expert on F&A processes.
  6. Contribute to digital initiatives leveraging tools like SAP SuccessFactors, HighRadius, or other cloud-based F&A platforms.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Transformation.
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt / Black Belt / Master Black Belt) – Preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
