Job Summary

The Sales & Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales, product, and demo engineering. This involves designing realistic demo scenarios, defining business outcomes, and representing the user perspective.

This role ensures all demos align to practical workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams, including demo, product, and infrastructure. It is strictly focused on application development and does not involve access to sensitive health information or confidential client data.


Main Responsibilities:


• Develop detailed demo scenarios, scripts, and storyboards tailored to actual workflows (claims, enrollment, eligibility, pharmacy, provider).


• Curate and validate synthetic demo data for accuracy and relevance.


• Collaborate with engineers to ensure all scenarios reflect actual product capabilities and value.


• Define talk tracks, metrics for demo success, and acceptance criteria.


• Lead or co-lead client demos, gathering feedback, and iterating scenarios/templates accordingly.


• Train sales and product teams on demo delivery and scenario alignment to business requirements.


• Capture post-demo feedback and contribute to knowledge and template updates.


Qualifications


• Minimum 14 years of overall experience.


• Experience in healthcare product management/consulting.


• Deep understanding of claims adjudication, provider, or PBM processes.


• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.


• Experience with SaaS or demo environments is desirable.
