Job Title: Training Development Specialist
Department: Sales Learning and Development Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis for the sales team in collaboration with senior business leaders.
- Identify skill and competency gaps and recommend effective training interventions.
- Prepare comprehensive annual training plans and calendars for the sales force to meet organizational objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging training modules on financial products, including equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, and derivatives, to support the onboarding of new hires through induction & orientation sessions.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
- Organize investor awareness programs in accordance with SEBI norms to promote financial literacy and product understanding among investors.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is aligned with business and compliance requirements.

- Educational background: graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience. Prior experience in training is not mandatory; individuals with experience in sales & good understanding of the mutual fund industry with a flair for training & coaching can apply.
- NISM VA certification (can be obtained before joining).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills, willingness to travel & work on field projects.
- Relevant training & TTT certification would be an added advantage.
- Staying updated with market news and mutual fund industry trends, open to travel opportunities.
