Job Description:
As a key player in our team, you will develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify, engage, and convert leads into paying customers. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects, gathering feedback, and providing insights to drive product improvements.
- Develop outbound sales strategies, leveraging cold email marketing tools, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to reach potential clients.
- Identify and nurture high-potential leads in the India market, focusing on real estate and financial institutions.
- Work closely with our founders and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Qualify leads, book meetings, and manage CRM workflows efficiently.
Requirements:
We seek a highly motivated and driven individual with 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development. Prior experience in real estate or SaaS sales is a significant advantage.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (startup environment preferred).
- Recent MBA graduates with a strong academic record are also encouraged to apply.
- Education in marketing or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting is an added benefit.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cold outreach, including use of email automation tools.
