Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic collaborations with key stakeholders across academia, industry, and government sectors.
  • Onboard and nurture relationships with professionals to enrich our content and educational offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring they see value and impact from their engagement with us.
  • Track, report, and optimize the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, hiring drives, hackathons, or expert sessions on-campus and virtually.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems across academia, industry, and government.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and leveraging Generative AI tools to create professional and visually compelling proposals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of initiative, ownership, and professionalism. They will be motivated, energetic, and proactive, with excellent presentation skills.
