Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Admin to join our team at Cyfuture. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day general office management, including housekeeping management, travel desk operations, facility management, and inventory management.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage day-to-day general office activities, including housekeeping and facilities management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, process travel documents, and manage the travel desk.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, evaluate new products, and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors, process bills, and negotiate best deals for office supplies and services.
  • Ensure balance confirmation and follow-up for outstanding payments.
  • Manage petty cash, couriers, and other expenses.
  • Supervise office operations, maintain facilities, and ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Liaise with government officials, labor department, civil department, traffic department, and police station to resolve issues amicably.
  • Ensure housekeeping and security services meet work order requirements and checklist.
  • Train office boys and security personnel on service orientation and duty fulfillment.
  • Ensure all AMC's, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, repairs, and maintenance are in the required state.

Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, liaison with MIDC, MPCB, Factory license, Fire brigade, Police dept, DISH, MMRDA, BMC & Labour RC.
  • Sound knowledge of office management software like MS Office.
  • Relevant experience in Travel Desk, Housekeeping, Vendor Management, General Administration, and Facility Management.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Dynamic and Energetic.
