Job Summary:

The TCP Corps is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our team. As a key member of our corporate operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities and ensuring seamless coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee facilities management and maintenance, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate office activities and operations, including managing schedules and deadlines.
  • Clerical Duties: Handle general clerical duties, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Record Management: Manage records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with integrity, maintaining the trust and confidentiality of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve administrative problems, providing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an admin manager or similar role.
  • Skills: Proficient in office management software, excellent knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
