We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Officer to join our team at TCP Corps. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the efficient operation of our Corporate HQ by managing administrative activities and ensuring seamless coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline office operations.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee facilities management and maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate office activities and operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Time Management: Manage schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Clerical Duties: Handle general clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support to Management: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Budget Control: Assist in budget preparation and control to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies.
  • Record Management: Manage records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve administrative problems and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an admin manager or similar role.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in office management software.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Problemsolving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and labor law.
