Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Executive to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd. Based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, this full-time position involves handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all administrative tasks in the office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
  • Maintain and update records and databases
  • Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth communication
  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in back office operations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Customer service orientation
