Job Overview:

We are a premier environmental, energy and industrial services provider with a dedicated workforce of 18,000 employees across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Our company has been at the forefront of addressing major emergency response events in North America.

We seek an HR Onboarding Specialist to support our US & Canada regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Create clear policies and employee handbooks that explain company operations.
  • Craft and send emails with information about the position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options.
  • Prepare Onboarding Kits.
  • Coordinate company presentations and product demos.
  • Inform employees of their first day, first week tasks.
  • Distribute login credentials, manuals, guidelines as required.
  • Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software.
  • Assign and assist the New Hires on the mandatory trainings and policies that may need to be completed upon onboarding.
  • Address any additional queries that the New Hires may have till they are handed over to the Hiring Managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fresher with excellent communication and logical thinking OR Experienced with Proven 2-4 years work experience as an HR Onboarding Associate or HR Associate in a relevant HR role.
  • Basic knowledge of US labor legislation.
  • Onboarding and Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong proficiency in English.
  • Flair to connect with people across departments functions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Self-managed with little supervision.
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
