About the company

We need a highly organized HR Manager who can also manage bookkeeping and payroll in Xero. Candidate will run recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, payroll, and daily finance admin keeping operations smooth and compliant. Create/maintain HR SOP and onboarding checklist.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Excellent English communication, high attention to detail, self-starter
  • Strong Excel and Google sheets and documentation habits
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards (hiring status, payroll status, AR/AP, cash snapshot)
  • Basic Understanding of UK payroll & VAT (training support provided)
  • Run performance review, probation confirmation
