Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kayamkulam( Head Office). - The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Performance management - Setup appraisal systems (KPIs, reviews) - Training and development - Payroll, compensation and benefits - HR analytics and reporting - Additional responsibilities include administering benefits, conducting performance reviews, and providing HR support to all departments. Qualifications - 2-5 years experience in relevant roles - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance - Strong organizational and management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Previous experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
