The HR Manager will be responsible for assisting with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, and HR data management. They will help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and promoting a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycles (job posting, screening, interviews)Maintain accurate and confidential employee recordsOversee onboarding and orientation processes for new hiresSupport performance management and employee development activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies and labor regulationsAssist in creating and updating HR guidelines, procedures, and documentationHandle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and workplace communicationsCoordinate training programs and internal development sessionsPrepare basic HR analytics reports (attrition, recruitment metrics, feedback trends)Provide general HR support to leadership and cross-functional teamsQualificationsStrong knowledge of Human Resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementationProficiency in HR management tools and platforms, with an ability to handle HR data and reportingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team membersOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR tasks and functions effectivelyProblem-solving and decision-making ability, paired with an understanding of employment laws and regulationsDegree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a similar roleCommitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
