We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a Junior Specialist.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing facilities, supporting daily HR operations, and creating a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management
    • Ensure the workplace is safe, clean, and efficient by coordinating facility-related services.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and order necessary materials.
  • HR Support
    • Assist with recruitment by scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
    • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Help plan company events and activities that promote teamwork and employee recognition.
    • Assist in conducting surveys to improve workplace culture.
    • Support initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
    • Support health and safety initiatives and adherence to regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or facility management is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn.
