We're Hiring: HR Business Partner at Grid DynamicsGrid Dynamics is looking for an experienced and driven JUNIOR HR Business Partner to join our team in Hyderabad-India. This role is key to enhancing our diversity and inclusion efforts, supporting employee engagement, and strengthening HR operations across the location. Responsibilities:Lead and execute HR projects to standardize practices and introduce new processes.

Own the onboarding experience and related KPIs. Act as the escalation point for employees and managers; conduct regular 1:1s and provide guidance on HR processes. Support learning and development needs, performance reviews, and promotion cycles.

Monitor compensation reviews and work with payroll and leadership. Drive employee retention, analyze attrition trends, and lead engagement initiatives and corporate events. Mentor junior HR team members and collaborate with Compliance and Analytics teams.

Qualifications:5–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to business partnering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in onboarding, employee relations, L&D, and performance management.

Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
