HR Operation and FacilityPosition Title HR Facility Junior SpecialistLocation Bangalore and NoidaDepartment Human ResourcesReports to HR ManagerAbout the Company We are a dynamic and innovative startup in the semiconductor industry focused on developing cutting-edge technology solutions Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible and creating products that will shape the future We value creativity collaboration and a commitment to excellence About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Facility Junior Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company s HR facilities support daily HR operations and contribute to creating a productive and positive work environment This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start their career in human resources within a fast-paced and growing startup environment Key Responsibilities Facility Management Assist in maintaining a safe clean and efficient working environment Coordinate facility-related services including cleaning maintenance and repairs Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary HR Support Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews conducting initial screenings and managing candidate correspondence Support onboarding processes for new hires including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Employee Engagement Help organize company events team-building activities and employee recognition programs Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback to improve workplace culture Support initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant labor laws and regulations Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed Support health and safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety regulations Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Prior experience or internship in HR or facility management is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow What We Offer Opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced startup environment Career growth and development opportunities A collaborative and supportive team culture Powered by JazzHR
