Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Trading Specialist to join our team in Negotiating trades and sourcing securities for placement in PF trusts and corporate treasuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing required securities: Identify and secure necessary securities for placement in various investment vehicles.
  • Negotiating trades: Engage in trading activities to acquire desired securities at favorable terms.
  • Participating in auctions: Regularly participate in weekly G-Sec/SDL auctions conducted by RBI to source securities.
  • Client acquisition: Establish relationships with new clients, understanding their investment philosophies and tailoring services accordingly.
  • Quotation preparation: Daily preparation of cash flows and quotations to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Market monitoring: Continuously monitor daily trades on NDS-OM and NSE/BSE platforms for G-Sec/SDL and Corporate Bonds.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess strong fixed income dealing experience and excellent negotiation skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
