This role will focus on customer service and loan review, with ideal candidates being extremely flexible with scheduling and willing to hustle to help grow the business.
- Deliver efficient and friendly responses to customers across different channels.
- Evaluate loan applications for new borrowers applying for loans, find and prevent fraud.
- Proactively reach out to borrowers who have missed payments.
- Escalate customer feedback and IT bugs to improve our product.
- Manage refunds, repayments, and other payment processes.
- Complete various administrative projects as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service, primarily via calling.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
- A passion for our mission and customers.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and willingness to get hands dirty.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Analytical mindset, driven by data, with a good understanding of Excel preferred.
- Flexibility with scheduling, willing to work on weekends and occasionally holidays.
