Job Overview: Seeking a customer-focused professional to handle chat support and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers across various chat platforms. You will be handling 350+ tickets daily, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer interaction records.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1–4 years of experience in customer support or CRM/chat handling, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly yet professional tone.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms is a plus.
  • Rotational weekly off – 2 days (flexible to work weekends/ evenings if required).
