Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our India-based night-shift team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. This role demands a customer-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat support.

- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

- Log customer interactions, issues, and feedback in the CRM system.

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.

- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive approach in all customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, CRM usage, inbound calling, and phone support.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools.

- Basic knowledge of company products and services.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience Levels

Customer Support: 1+ year

CRM Tools: 1+ year (Beginner level acceptable)

Inbound Calling & Phone Support: 1+ year (Beginner level acceptable)
