Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Retail Channel Production Support Specialist, playing a critical role in managing production technical support for incident tickets logged by users and other customer support units. This position entails collaborating with business stakeholders to conduct periodic reviews of issues and implement system fixes to address business challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the following areas:

  • Incident analysis and review
  • Impact analysis of critical issues
  • Detailed technical analysis of complex issues
  • Periodic review of systems and interfaces, documenting findings in a knowledge database
  • Analyzing tickets and repeated incidents to reduce their occurrence

Key Qualifications / Skill Set

Requirements include:

  • Team management experience in production support
  • Work experience on Retail netbanking and CBS or digital applications like OBDX support
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Functional knowledge of retail channel transaction processing
