Talent Assessment Specialist

Central Test is a global publisher of predictive talent assessment solutions, trusted by organisations in 80+ countries.

We develop innovative and scientifically validated tools that help attract, develop, and retain talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate AI-based programs to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programmes that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
Profile Requirements:
  • Education: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Skills include advanced use of generative AI tools, knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation, excellent English communication, strong project management and organisational skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
