Talent Acquisition Intern

Program: 6 Months Remote (Work from Home) Internship (with target based guarantee for full-time role)

Stipend:

3 months Virtual Classroom Training (Recruitment certification) is unpaid.

3 Months on the Job training (paid)- ₹15000 Per Month

Post-Internship: Opportunity to be onboarded as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a starting CTC of ₹4 lacs per annum.

Must Have:

Education: Open to all; MBA or related field students preferred Device Requirement: Bring your own Laptop/PC English Proficiency: Professional Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
  • Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
