Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition leader to lead and scale our recruitment strategy for a fast-growing organization.

  • Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.

BUILD A STRONG EMPLOYER BRAND TO ATTRACT TOP TALENT IN FINTECH AND TECHNOLOGY.

Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.

Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.

Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges. Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.
