Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to take on a challenging role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles and 2 years of experience in a startup environment or scale up. They should also have a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.

This is a fully remote role for someone based in India, working Monday to Friday: 08.00 am - 17.00 pm UK time (13.30 pm - 22.30 pm IST).

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Posting and managing job adverts across various job boards.">
  3. Performing active candidate outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn.">
  4. Building screening and assessment processes, including technical assessments, one-way and two-way video interviews, and creating questions and marking rubrics.">
  5. Reviewing job applications and marking assessments.">
  6. Performing background checks on candidates.">
  7. Creating candidate shortlists for clients.">
  8. Handling candidate communication and coordination, providing feedback and responses promptly and in keeping with the brand's values.">
  9. Building and managing key relationships with institutional partners such as universities and colleges.">
  10. Building employer brand awareness and presence through events and networking.">
  11. Refining our screening and assessment process.">
  12. Reporting on and managing recruitment performance.">
  13. Actioning items from client calls and performance reviews.">
  14. Creating SOPs for new and existing processes.">
  15. Continually optimising existing processes.">
