The role of a Talent Acquisition Strategist is to spearhead the recruitment process across various functions and regions within an insurance organization.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across functions, including sales, claims, operations, underwriting, etc.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.

Workforce Planning:

  • Coordinate with business and HRBP teams to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles like front-line sales agents/advisors.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
  • Create a positive and smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and handover to HR operations for onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field (preferred)
  • Have 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI or insurance sector
