Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

The role involves driving full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, conducting initial screening and interviews, and ensuring timely completion of recruitment processes.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Drive recruitment efforts for sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff.
    • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and networking within the real estate sector.
    • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Full-cycle recruitment for sales, marketing, and corporate staff.
    • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Onboarding & Induction:
    • Design and deliver structured onboarding programs tailored to different functions.
    • Conduct orientation sessions to align new hires with company policies, processes, and culture.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance management systems (KRA/KPI based for sales & site staff).
    • Support managers in conducting quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
