Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Solapur, India

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and resourceful talent acquisition specialist to join our team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to source high-quality candidates for various job openings and attract applicants from multiple sources.
  • You will conduct initial screening interviews with sourced candidates to assess their qualifications and potential fit for the role.
  • Profiling candidates for further validation via applicant tracking systems is also a key part of your job.
  • Internal queries raised on respective candidates must be tracked and resolved in a timely manner by you.
  • You will identify suitable candidates based on business requirements and develop a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Interacting with stakeholders and providing regular updates is an essential aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining management information systems (MIS) will also be your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing candidates for various job openings from multiple sources and attracting applicants.
  2. Conducting initial screening interviews with sourced candidates.
  3. Profiling candidates for further validation via applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  4. Tracking internal queries raised on respective candidates and resolving them in a timely manner.
  5. Identifying suitable candidates based on business requirements.
  6. Developing a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Interacting with stakeholders and providing regular updates.
  8. Maintaining management information systems (MIS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
