We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Talent Acquisition Expert to lead our recruitment efforts for mid-to-senior level positions within the warehousing industry.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring quality talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles. Key responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates through various channels, collaborating with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, and creating job descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics professionals.
  • Source candidates through job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit and qualifications.
  • Drive recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in logistics functions.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the logistics or warehousing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and other productivity tools.
